I Need to Be a Better Cook

Consider this my first step:
  • 1 Grain Tortilla - 100 calories
  • 1/4 cup long grain rice - 150 calories
  • 1/4 cup mexican cheese mix - 110 calories
  • 2 tablespoons salsa - 10 calories

Microwave the tortilla, rice and cheese for 45 seconds. Add the salsa. Wrap like a burrito and enjoy.

It's surprisingly filling for only 370 calories.
